What is Mail-safe's Connector Framework?

Mail-safe's Connector Framework enables Mail-safe's SQL server to interface with the user's application SQL server database and extract information e.g. Email addresses, Client Id's, Client Name, Project Code etc for use in Automatic Indexing.  Any changes, updates or amendments to the Client's SQL server database will immediately be reflected in Mail-safe's Auto Indexing tables.

Using Mail-safe's Connector Framework also enables email searching to be closely integrated with the user's existing applications e.g. Practice Management, CRM, Accounting software etc.  You can have a Client's details in view from an application and at the same time view the same Client's emails from within Outlook that have been sent/received.  Mail-safe does an automatic search for all the emails that match the Client Id currently in view in the user's application and the emails are available for immediate viewing without any additional searching being required.

Mail-safe's Connector Framework runs in conjunction with Auto Indexing, Email Archiving and the user's own applications.

What are the benefits of using Connector Framework?

• Any changes made to the user's application SQL server database will be immediately updated in Mail-safe's Auto Indexing product with no manual intervention
• Searching and viewing of emails is integrated with the Client's application e.g. View Client 1234'd details in the user's application and simultaneously view all Client 1234's emails for the past year.
