What is Mail-safe's Connector Framework?
Mail-safe's Connector Framework enables Mail-safe's SQL server to interface with the user's application SQL server database.
Mail-safe's Connector Framework also enables email searching to be closely integrated with the user's existing applications e.g. Practice Management, CRM, Accounting software etc. You can have a Client's details in view from an application and at the same time view the same Client's emails from within Outlook that have been sent/received. Mail-safe does an automatic search for all the emails that match the Client Id currently in view in the user's application and the emails are available for immediate viewing without any additional searching being required.
Mail-safe's Connector Framework runs in conjunction with Auto Indexing, Email Archiving and the user's own applications.
What are the benefits of using Connector Framework?
- Searching and viewing of emails is integrated with the Client's application e.g. View Client 1234'd details in the user's application and simultaneously view all Client 1234's emails for the past year.
