MailSafe file space saving reduces file storage requirements and improves the efficiency of Exchange Server.

Exchange emails can be deleted once they have been processed / actioned because MailSafe Compliance contains a copy of all emails in a SQL database outside of Exchange and are accessible as and when required.

Users can delete individual emails or by range selection from their mailboxes whilst the Administrator can enforce the automatic sweeping up and deletion of old emails from users mailboxes

As a result Exchange Server will run more efficiently.  In the event of Exchange 'crashing' then all emails stored in the MailSafe Compliance database will still be viewable.

Compression of archived emails in MailSafe reduces the file size by 70% for a text message and 30% for an attachment, giving an overall average of 50%.
