With MailSafe Compliance all sent, received and internal emails are automatically archived to a central SQL database in their original format. All emails are compressed and encrypted and cannot be altered thereby guaranteeing authenticity. Searching, finding and viewing of emails (including attachments) is immediate from within Outlook.  No emails are lost or mislaid, thereby satisfying the most stringent legal requirements.

The MailSafe Indexing module enables users to index 'compliance-archived' emails with up to six user-defined fields to provide a common filing structure. This overcomes the problems associated with emails being stored in local, personal folders by enabling sharing of emails amongst teams or groups of people. By using Active Directory, users and groups can quickly view all emails they are entitled to see from within Outlook.

MailSafe Indexing can be provided as a stand alone archiving solution for companies that do not have Exchange Server and use POP3 email accounts.

Mailbox quotas and File Storage problems are considerably reduced by using the Sweep Up feature and by being able to delete local emails, safe in the knowledge that every email is retrievable from the Compliance database. There is no need for emails to be kept locally by the users 'just in case' they might be needed at some point in the future.

MailSafe fully integrates with Outlook and does not inhibit or affect its normal day to day usage.
